Delete Your PillPal Account

You can permanently delete your PillPal account and all of your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open PillPal (the iPhone or Android app, or log in on the web).
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom to the Danger Zone and tap Delete My Account.
4. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you can't get into your account, email support@pillpal.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, login, and profile (including health details)
• All medications, schedules, and medication change history
• Your full dose history
• Doctor visit notes and doctor share links
• Caregiver connections
• Pill bottle photos

We do not keep a copy of this data after deletion. Routine encrypted database backups that may contain it expire on their normal schedule. See our Privacy Policy for details.
