- Push notifications and SMS reminders depend on your device, network connection, and third-party services. Delivery is not guaranteed.
- Do not rely solely on PillPal reminders for critical or time-sensitive medications.
- Always maintain a backup reminder system (e.g., physical pill organizer, alarm clock, or caregiver assistance).
4. Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not use PillPal to manage emergency medical situations.
PillPal is not designed for emergency use. In case of a suspected overdose, adverse drug reaction, or any other medical emergency, seek immediate professional medical help.

As a PillPal user, you are responsible for:

The "doctor share" feature is a convenience tool that allows you to share your medication list with a healthcare provider of your choosing — it does not constitute a medical consultation.
