Will PillPal always be free?

The Free plan will always exist with the features listed above. Premium adds extras — it doesn't take anything away from Free.

Is there a hidden catch?

No ads, no data selling, no up-sells cluttering the app. We make money (eventually) from Premium subscriptions and from healthcare partnerships — not from you.

When does Premium launch?

We don't have a firm date. We want Free to be rock-solid first. If you sign up now, you'll be first to know — and likely get a launch discount.

Do you offer discounts for caregivers or families?

Family caregiver access (up to 3 invites) is included on Free. When Premium launches we'll offer a family plan that increases caregiver limits.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Everything is permanently deleted within 24 hours: medications, doses, caregiver links, stored photos, everything. You can re-sign-up later, but data won't come back.
